1. Its becoming more common knowledge that our soil is depleted - I've seen
people suggest soil was declining as far back as 1940's. When did the state
of soil start to really decline and why?
-was it on purpose by pharma or just for profit for famers?

3. In your book you mention- the globalisation process - can you elaborate
for our listeners?
4. I've heard you mention on other shows like super human radio - the
de-soiling and de-valuing of nutrition and say its not a conspiracy - they

Today, on the Enterprise Fitness Podcast, we had the pleasure of interviewing Lierre Keith, author of the book The Vegetarian Myth, which is not just about vegetarianism, but the whole farming and agricultural system.
Lierre spent a whopping 20 years as a vegetarian; her actual experience with vegetarianism is why many consider her to be the world’s leading authority on vegetarianism and its problems (20 years is an enough time to know if something works).
Lierre has always stood for justice and compassion, and after writing The Vegetarian Myth, she has been able to study the broader picture of the world’s food supply. She definitely has some of the answers with regards to what should be done with our farming and food. A very important topic for any one who eats!
